Our Family-Owned Missouri Ozarks Resort Story
The resort was founded by Myron and Ann McKee in 1994, whose vision was to create a place where people could enjoy the river, the land, and time together. With a heart for serving others, they have offered simple, honest hospitality in a beautiful natural setting for over 30 years.
The resort property spans over 500 acres and offers peaceful, secluded cabins, river access, boating, fly fishing, and plenty of room to explore.
Located in the heart of the North Fork’s best floating waters, morning shuttle trips upriver allow guests to begin the day on the river with a scenic float back to their cabin.

The River of Life Farm Experience
Each cabin at River of Life Farm offers its own character and connection to the surrounding landscape. Thoughtful comforts—including a fireplace and fully equipped modern kitchen—make it easy to settle in, share meals, and feel at home in the Missouri Ozarks.
Across the property, guests may spot white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and other native wildlife. Days unfold at an unhurried pace, whether you are exploring secluded trails, relaxing by the North Fork River, or gathering around a campfire beneath the evening sky.
Today, River of Life Farm remains under family stewardship, preserving the vision, natural beauty, and genuine hospitality that have defined it from the beginning. We are proud to carry that tradition forward and welcome new generations of guests to find peace and connection in the Ozarks.
