one-half of the total amount (whichever is larger), is required.
This can be secured by
credit card (Master Card or Visa) or a personal check.
Cancellation: 30 days prior to reservation for
refund less $20.
No refund if canceled less than 30 days in advance (unless the
accommodations can be re-booked to another party).
