Fishing On Easter Weekend: Apr 3-5, 1998

Upon arrival on Friday afternoon we proceeded to catch some good Rainbow below the riffles near the Chalet. We used a prince with a gold bead and some crawdad looking rebel lures. Donna and I  floated on Saturday from the "Falls" to Patrick Bridge. Caught an array of fish and basically lost count of all the Browns. We caught Rainbow, Browns, Smallmouth, Largemouth and a even a Sucker. All of the fish came from spinning gear with the exception of the several Rainbow that were rising in the evening back at the "Farm."

Donna especially liked the float trip and she looked so cute in her waders...really she did great for her first time on the "River of Life." Too bad she left her sunglasses in Wal-Mart in Poplar Bluff!

When I returned to work today I wondered what in the world I was doing back in Cape and not still on the River. Thanks again and we'll be back.

P.S. Donna has already fulfilled part of her angelic duty and told at least 2 people about the "Farm."
